INFORMATION FOR OWNERS OF RENTAL PROPERTIES

ANNUAL MANAGEMENT FEE – €200 per year (includes IVA / VAT)

This fee gives peace of mind to owners and provides the following services.

Key Holding
Liaising with Owners
Regular Checks to Unoccupied Property (eg. Doors, Windows, Appliances, Gas, Water and Electric).

Advertising the Property for Maximum Rental Income.

In addition, we can provide the following services for an extra charge.
Cleaning and laundry service for yourself and your guests
Welcome Packs
Airport Transfers
Car hire – Supplied our small fleet of Ford Fiesta’s
Garden Maintenance – Undertaken by 3rd Party.
Property Maintenance

Please Note the Services Covered in the Annual Management Fee. However, in Addition, a Call Out Charge is Payable for the Following Problems Requiring Immediate Action.

The call out charge is €50.00 out of office hours from 23:00 to 07:00 am

Alarms (Due to Activation of the Alarm or Malfunctioning, When the Property is Unoccupied)
Electric/water or gas connections *please note, if we have to pay unpaid bills on your behalf we will charge you a €30 Administration Charge. + IVA/VAT @ 21%.
Owners or Owners Guests Losing Keys or Locking Themselves Out
Call Out Due to Burglaries.

TATE HOUSE HOLIDAY RENTALS REQUIREMENTS

Tate House requires the owner of the property

2 Sets of  Keys – Air Conditioning in ALL BEDROOMS
All Appliance Instruction Manuals (to be left in a kitchen drawer)
Copy of Your Insurance Documents
Copy of a Water / Electricity Bill and a SUMA bill for the property
Copy of Owner’s Passport and NIE Number
Owners Bank Account Details
Owners Contact Phone/Email
Owners Home Address
Copy of the Community Rules
The Annual Management Fee to be Paid

COMMISSION RATES FOR RENTALS

Holiday Home Rentals

Our commission is 18% inc IVA(VAT)

Payments to Spanish Bank Accounts is Subject to Nationwide UK International Payment Charge Currently £9.00 will be Deducted from Final Balance.

The Guests Pay All other Disbursements on Arrival.

CLEANING CHARGES

2 Bedroom Property €60.00 / €70.00 depending on actual size.
3 Bedroom Property €70.00 / €80.00 depending on actual size

4 Bedroom Property €100.00 / €130.00 depending on actual size

5 Bedroom Property and Above Price on Application

INFORMATION FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

Tate House Holiday Rentals requires a high level of cleaning therefore, insist on changeover cleans after ALL visitors undertaken by Tate House.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS – These are undertaken by 3rd Party Licensed Minibus Company which Tate House Partners.
